Common questions

Not just because an answer sounds confident. AI can produce details that look real, such as article numbers, figures or quotes. That is why every task has a check against the original documents, and a human reviewer where mistakes are costly. We do not promise the assistant is 100% right.

Keep a human approver. Anything with financial, legal or reputational consequences is drafted by the assistant and approved by an authorised person before it goes out. Assistants can handle repetitive, low-risk work on their own, such as common questions, reminders and summaries.

Each business has its own assistant space, never mixed with other clients. Only the data a task needs goes in; personal information is masked or anonymised first. The AI platform provider's data terms are sent in writing for your legal team to review.

It depends on the system. Assistant setup, reference documents, available connectors and workflows can be done quickly. Deep integration through programming is separate engineering work: we survey, define the scope, then send a proposal. Without a survey, we make no promises.

Decisions with major consequences without human approval (money, contracts, people, legal, safety). Data that company policy or the law does not allow. Replacing the judgement of accountable professionals such as lawyers, accountants and engineers.
